I have been married to my husband Rick for 25 years.  Our son Garrett and daughter Paige both graduated from Saint Ann School.  I received a B.A. in Liberal Studies from California State University Northridge and my teaching credential from Chapman University in 1993.  Prior to moving to Ridgecrest, I taught for four years and have now taught Kindergarten, 1st Grade and 5th Grade during my four years teaching at Saint Ann School.  I am originally from Palmdale but my husband’s past military career took us to different locations in and out of the U.S.

First Grade Service Project

First grade students raise money by doing chores for family and friends.  The students save the money in a pumpkin piggy bank.  In early November students bring their money to school.  Students then go on a shopping field trip to the local grocery store to buy food for the Saint Ann Church Food Bank.  This year students raised $188!  They learned the value of giving to the community.
