A $50.00 late fee is charged for tuition that cannot be withdrawn from your bank account.\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3><b>FACTS Billing<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>Payments will be deducted on the 1st of each month from your FACTS account on the tuition payment plan you choose. \u00a0Your FACTS account will be connected to your bank account for withdrawals. \u00a0Incidental charges may occur throughout the year (athletics, drop-in EDP, library fee, scrip obligation, parent obligation, and benefit raffle). \u00a0No payments will be made to the school office unless prior permission is granted. \u00a0Payment selection will take place in the family portal during registration.<\/p>\n<h3><b>Registration<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>NEW STUDENTS: \u00a0Complete the fillable New Student Information Form, print the completed form, and return to the School Office. \u00a0The form will be used to email registration instructions. \u00a0Click the link for the form below.<\/p>\n<p>RETURNING STUDENTS: \u00a0Families will be sent an email with registration instructions through the FACTS Family Portal https:\/\/stas-ca.client.renweb.com\/pwr\/<\/p>\n<h3><b>Annual Registration Fee<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>The non-refundable registration fee is $350.00 per student. \u00a0This fee is used to pay costs directly related to the education of your child. \u00a0The registration fee is due when you officially register online. \u00a0FACTS will deduct an additional $10 charge for a returning student or $20 charge for new student submission fees.<\/p>\n<h3><b>SCRIP<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>Each family has an obligation to raise $400.00 of profit (i.e. 400%) through SCRIP card purchases by March 31, 2022. \u00a0If a family chooses not to participate in the SCRIP program, they agree to pay the $400 buyout in addition to tuition. \u00a0For detailed information on our SCRIP program, please go to the Support --> SCRIP tab<\/p>\n<h3><b>Parent Participation Hours<\/b><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a030 Hours\/Year for 2 Parent Family<\/li>\n<li>\u00a015 Hours\/Year for 1 Parent Family<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Every week suggestions for earning parent hours are included in the weekly newsletter and class\u00a0newsletters. \u00a0A charge of $30.00 per hour for each hour that a family is below their 30-hour \/ 15-hour obligation will be applied towards your family account at the end of the school year. \u00a0The deadline to earn parent hours is May 1, 2022. \u00a050% of your family hours must be through fundraising activities.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>For more information on school events for earning parent hours, go to School Life --> Parent-Teacher Group tab.<\/p>\n<h3><b>Tuition Assistance<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>The Diocese of Fresno provides tuition assistance to the neediest families regardless of their religious denomination. \u00a0Saint Ann School also offers in-house tuition assistance with limited funds. \u00a0In order to apply for tuition assistance, you must first use the FACTS Tuition Management & Financial Aid Service. \u00a0Go to online.factsmgt.com\/aid for filing online. \u00a0The cost is $24.00 and families have until April 15th to apply. \u00a0After submittal of your application to FACTS, please schedule an appointment with the Principal to further discuss your tuition assistance needs. \u00a0Appointments will not be scheduled until\u00a0the FACT application is\u00a0completed.<\/p>\n<h3><b>Benefit Dinner Raffle Ticket ($250.00 per Family)<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>\u00a0The cost of each raffle ticket is $250. \u00a0All families are obligated to purchase <i>or sell<\/i> one raffle ticket prior to one week before the\u00a0event, typically in late January or early February. \u00a0Those wishing to sell, rather than purchase, their tickets may sign up to sell after masses. \u00a0If a family does not sell or buy their ticket, the $250 will be added to their tuition.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<p><!-- .dslc-module -->\n\t\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div  class=\"dslc-modules-section \"
