Advisory Committee
~ Updated for 2021/22 School Year ~
The purpose of the Saint Ann School Advisory Committee is to support and advise the Principal in establishing goals, priorities, and policies of the school. These include administrative, personnel and student practices, instructional programs, fiscal management, public relations and educational planning. Six meetings are held during the school year. The Council is composed of 9 to 15 voting members with a President who runs the meeting and a Secretary who records the minutes of the meeting. Voting members are a mix of school parents and parishoners. Four/fifth’s of the voting members must be Catholic. Non-voting members are the Pastor, Assistant Superintendent, & Principal. Members are asked to join the Committee and then must submit a request letter to the Diocese. The Diocese then approves the member.
