Student Council

At the beginning of each school year, Middle School students of Saint Ann School are given the opportunity to run for Student Council positions.

Available positions are President, Vice President, Treasurer, Chaplain, Spirit Coordinator, and representatives in Grades 3, 4, and 5. Students who choose to run advertise for their positions with poster boards and handouts with their names and slogans.

The week of campaigning ends with a speech from each of the candidates. First grade to eighth grade students vote for each position.

Student Council meets once per week to discuss and implement ideas to promote school spirit, like Middle School dances, lunchtime activities, ice cream sale days, and a haunted house for the Fall Festival.
